Meatballs Ala Eric - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean hamburger
    1/2 lb. Italian sausage
    2 eggs
    bread crumbs (season to taste)
    1 stewed tomato
    black pepper to taste
    1 chili pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 clove garlic, chopped

    1 Tbsp. chunky salsa
    small can tomato paste
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Combine hamburger, sausage, eggs and black pepper.
    In separate dish, combine chunky salsa, tomato paste, tomato sauce, oregano, garlic, finely chopped bell pepper, chili pepper, onion and stewed tomatoes.
    Mix with meat mixture and bread crumbs until mixture can be shaped into little balls, then roll in leftover crumbs.
    Cook in covered frypan; turn once.
    Add spaghetti sauce and simmer 15 minutes.
