Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. cooked potatoes, mashed
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla, cinnamon or other spices may be used
1/2 c. plain flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. melted margarine

Preparation

Combine potatoes, sugar, salt, eggs, melted margarine and vanilla.
Put into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
