Diabetic Cream Puff Shell - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup margarine
    1/2 cup sifted flour
    1/2 cup boiling water
    1/16 tsp. salt
    2 large eggs
Preparation
    Melt margarine in boiling water, add flour all at once, stirring well. Add eggs, one at a time while beating well after each addition Spoon onto ungreased baking sheet and bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Lower oven to 400\u00b0 and continue baking for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Open oven door, let cool in oven. Fill with sugar free pudding.
