Costa Di Crema(Lemon Cream Tart) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lemons
    2 eggs, separated
    1/4 c. superfine sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3 oz. butter
    3 Tbsp. superfine sugar
    1 egg yolk
    1/4 c. cream
    rind of 1 orange
Preparation
    Grate rind of the lemons and squeeze 1/4 cup juice.
    Beat together 2 egg yolks and 1/4 cup sugar, lemon rind and juice. Transfer to a double boiler and stir over simmering water until slightly thickened.
    Let cool.
