Jam Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. blackberry jam
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Mix the first 8 ingredients together, then add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well; bake in greased cake pan for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
