Mexican Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. can crushed pineapple
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. walnuts
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 c. powdered sugar
    1 stick butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In mixer, blend pineapple, sugar, flour, eggs, soda and walnuts.
    Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan or 2 smaller pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
