Rhubarb Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1/2 c. sugar
red food coloring
1 lb. rhubarb, finely diced
1 pkg. Jiffy white cake mix
Preparation

Combine melted butter, sugar and a few drops of red food coloring.
Add rhubarb; toss lightly.
Spread in 8-inch square cake pan.
Prepare cake mix according to package directions.
Pour over fruit.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 35 minutes.
Remove cake from oven; invert.
Let syrup drain onto cake 5 minutes before removing cake pan.
