Sunday Night Skillet Supper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. margarine
1 (16 oz.) frozen hash browns
1/3 c. onion, chopped fine
1/3 c. green pepper, chopped fine
salt and pepper to taste
4 eggs, beaten
1 (12 oz.) pkg. bulk pork sausage
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook sausage and drain.
Crumble and set aside.
In separate skillet, melt margarine over low heat.
Add hash browns, onion and green pepper.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cover and cook over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
Keeping the skillet over low heat, pour eggs over mixture in skillet.
Sprinkle sausage over eggs.
Cover and cook until eggs are set, about 15 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Cover and heat until cheese melts.
Cut in wedges to serve.
Serves 6.
