Spanish Chicken With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. tomato juice
    1 can tomato paste
    1 small can English peas
    chicken, cooked, deboned and cooled (save broth and fat)
    3 c. rice, cooked and cooled
    onion, bell pepper and celery, sauteed in chicken fat
Preparation
    Combine and simmer 45 minutes.
