Chocolate Dessert - cooking recipe

1/2 c. melted margarine
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. ground nuts
1 c. flour
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (16 oz.) container Cool Whip
3 c. milk
2 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
Preparation

Mix together melted margarine, sugar, nuts and flour. Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Let cool and press down.
