Holiday Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
1 tall can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 carton cottage cheese (small curd)
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip topping
Preparation

Put cottage cheese into bowl.
Sprinkle dry Jell-O over it and stir.
Add drained pineapple and oranges.
Fold in whipped topping.
Refrigerate.
