Lemon Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
    1 c. margarine
    4 beaten eggs
    2 c. granulated sugar
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Sift the 2 cups flour and the confectioners sugar.
    Cut in the butter until mixture clings together.
    Press in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until lightly browned.
    Beat together the eggs, granulated sugar and lemon juice.
    Sift together the 1/4 cup flour and baking powder; stir into egg mixture.
    Pour over baked crust.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven 25 minutes longer.
    Sprinkle with additional confectioners sugar.
    Cool; cut into bars.
