Nassi(Indonesian Dish) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 leek, chopped
1 tray mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, chopped
1 bag cocktail shrimp
3 chicken breasts, fried and cut in pieces
1/4 bag cole slaw
6 servings rice, cooked
a knife-point ground fresh chili pasta (optional)
1 or 2 tsp. sojasauce
Preparation

Fry leek mushrooms and onion in vegetable oil for about 5 minutes.
Add chicken, shrimp and chili pasta.
Fry again for about 5 minutes.
Add the cole slaw at the last minute.
Fry the cooked rice in vegetable oil and sojasauce for 5 minutes.
Combine mixture with the rice and heat well for a little while (keep stirring).
Add sojasauce to taste.
Side dish:
Fried egg with a slice of ham.
