Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped rhubarb
2 large eggs
4 Tbsp. flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix sugar, salt, and flour.
Beat the eggs, and add the rhubarb and flour mix to the eggs.
Bake in a
9 inch pie crust at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
