Company Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. ground beef
    5 Tbsp. butter
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/4 c. thick sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. green onion, chopped
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Prepare noodles in salted water according to package directions.
    Brown ground beef in 3 tablespoons butter.
    Drain. Add tomato sauce and pepper.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
    In a medium bowl, combine cottage cheese, sour cream, cream cheese and green onion.
    In a large casserole dish, layer 1/2 of noodles, then cheese mixture.
    Top with remaining noodles.
    Pour 2 tablespoons melted butter over noodles.
    Put meat sauce on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
