Tarragon Cream Of Chicken Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. chicken stock
4 Tbsp. minced tarragon
4 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. heavy cream or 1 c. sour cream and 1 c. yogurt
2 tsp. lemon juice
sea salt to taste
pepper to taste
2 chicken breasts, baked or broiled, skinned and diced
Preparation

Heat the chicken stock for 5 minutes.
Add the tarragon leaves.
Remove from heat and let stand 15 to 20 minutes.
