Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
3/4 c. rolled oats
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients until crumbly.
Combine the remaining ingredients.
Press half the crumbs into a greased 9-inch baking pan.
Cover with 4 cups of cut up rhubarb (other fruit may be used in its place).
Cook the second mixture until it is thick and clear and pour over the rhubarb.
Top with remaining crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or golden.
Cut into squares and serve while warm.
Whipped cream or ice cream is optional.
