Red Plum Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large red plums (about 2 1/2 c. sliced)
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Pit plums and slice them fairly thin.
In a medium saucepan, stir together plums, sugar and 1 cup water.
Simmer about 15 minutes, until plums are soft.
