Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
3 Tbsp. milk
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
4 c. rhubarb, cubed
Preparation

Whip eggs and milk.
Mix sugar and flour; add to egg mixture. Add margarine and rhubarb; blend.
Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Makes 2 small pies or 1 large.
