Graham Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. graham flour or whole wheat flour
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Mix together the dry ingredients.
    Add milk, beaten egg, sugar and melted shortening.
    Bake in greased muffin pan for 25 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
