Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
3 egg yolks (save whites for topping)
1 c. coconut
2 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Add eggs, sugar and flour; beat.
Add milk.
Cook in double boiler until thickened.
Add vanilla and coconut.
Pour into a baked 9-inch pie shell.
