Ingredients

2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1 c. cold water
1/4 c. vinegar
2/3 c. Kraft mayonnaise
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. shredded cucumber, drained
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation

Soften gelatin in combined water and vinegar; stir over low heat until dissolved.
Cool.
Gradually add gelatin to mayonnaise, salt and pepper; mix well.
Chill until partially set; fold in cucumber, whipped cream and onion.
Pour into oiled 5-cup mold. Chill until firm.
Unmold; garnish with cucumbers and radishes, if desired.
Serves 6 to 8.
