Frozen Fruit Cranberry Salad(Makes 3 Dozen) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cans whole cranberry sauce
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 large pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 c. walnuts, chopped
1/2 small pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pt. heavy whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

Mix first 7 ingredients.
Fold in whipped cream.
Place cupcake papers in muffin pans.
Fill cups.
Freeze in pans.
As soon as salads are frozen solid, remove papers and place in Ziploc freezer bags.
Keep in freezer.
Can be made well ahead of time. Serve frozen.
