Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. carrots
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 large onion
1 large bell pepper
Preparation

Cut up carrots; cook in salted water, then drain.
Don't cook until soft.
Mix tomato soup, oil, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, salt and pepper.
Slice onion and bell pepper.
Add carrots, onion and bell pepper to mixture and leave overnight.
