Pecan Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. shortening (half margarine, half Crisco)
    3/4 c. confectioners sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour (all-purpose or self-rising)
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. flour (self-rising)
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. coconut (optional)
    1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    3 tsp. orange juice
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix these ingredients well.
    Spread over hot baked layer and bake 20 minutes longer.
    Cool; cut in bars.
