Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

15 oz. Libby's pumpkin
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0. Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie shell. Bake 15 minutes, then reduce to 350\u00b0 and bake 35 to 45 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
