Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 large tomatoes
    10 jalapeno peppers (take out seeds for more mild sauce)
    2 large onions, chopped fine
    5 green peppers, chopped fine
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/3 c. salt
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
Preparation
    Scald and peel tomatoes.
    Cut into small pieces.
    Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer 30 minutes.
    To thicken salsa, add 4 tablespoons cornstarch or up to 1/2 cup if thicker sauce is desired.
    Process in hot water bath 30 minutes.
