Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to directions on package; drain well. Combine soup, grated onion, beaten eggs, lemon rind, lemon juice and mayonnaise; beat until well blended.
    Put layer of drained, cooked broccoli in bottom of buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole. Spoon a layer of soup mixture over broccoli, then sprinkle a layer of cheese.
    Repeat the broccoli, soup mixture and cheese until all, except for 1/2 cup of cheese and bread crumbs, is used.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Combine the remaining cheese with bread crumbs.
    Sprinkle over top of casserole; return to oven for 10 minutes.
    Serves 8.
