Cousin Dora Zimmerman'S Icebox Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients

7 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. mashed potatoes
1/2 c. warm water
1 pt. warm milk
1 yeast cake

Preparation

Add yeast cake to warm milk and water; let stand until foamy. Make a soft dough by adding remainder of ingredients.
Work down and put in icebox until next day.
Make out a few rolls each day until all is used.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until done.
