Oven Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    1 1/2 tsp. rosemary
    4 Tbsp. salad oil
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes, then dry
    well.
    Cut
    into finger width lengths and put in a
    bowl.
    Toss
    potatoes
    with rosemary and oil to coat well.
    Lay\ton
    foil on cookie sheets and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Bake in a preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until browned and crispy.
