5 Minute Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Put butter, milk, sugar and salt in a pan over medium heat. Bring to a boil.
    Boil for 5 minutes, stirring continually. Remove from heat.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Stir to mix.
    Beat with a spoon for 1 minute.
    Marshmallows should be melted.
    Pour into a greased 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Cool and cut.
    Makes about 2 pounds.
