Lemon Fluff Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 pt. whipping cream, whipped
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese (mild Cheddar or Colby)
    1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (can use larger or smaller amount of pineapple)
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water and 1 cup cold water. Set in refrigerator until thickened (like honey).
    When Jell-O is thickened, whip until foamy.
    Fold in whipped cream, one cup of cheese and pineapple.
    Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
