Spaghetti With Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. spaghetti
8 oz. can mushrooms, cut in pieces
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 onion
1 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. hot red pepper
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 c. olive oil
3/4 c. water
Preparation

In a frying pan, put oil.
Add the onion, cut up in small pieces.
Saute until browned.
Add mushrooms, parsley, hot pepper and salt.
Let them simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
Add tomato sauce and water.
Let it simmer for 15 to 20 minutes more.
At the same time, cook the spaghetti for 15 to 20 minutes.
Drain.
Pour in platter.
Pour the mushroom sauce over, mix and serve.
Serves four to six.
