Jalapeno Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large Velveeta, cut up in chunks
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
    big bell pepper, cut up
    1 large onion
    1 can refried beans
    1 jar salsa (12 to 16 oz.)
    jalapenos to flavor
Preparation
    Brown meat with bell pepper and onions.
    Drain, then put in cut up cheese along with rest of ingredients.
    Heat until melted or cook slowly in crock-pot, but keep warm!
