Cherry-Almond Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 Tbsp. tapioca
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    3 cans water-packed red sour cherries, drained
    1/2 c. cherry juice
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and let stand 15 minutes.
    Pour into 9-inch pie shell.
    Dot with 1 tablespoon butter.
    Add top crust.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
