Turkey Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. oleo
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. broth or milk
2 c. turkey or chicken
1 can green peas
1 can mushroom soup
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation

Cook onions in oleo.
Blend in flour.
Add broth and liquid from peas.
Cook until thickened.
Add turkey, peas, soup and seasoning.
Turn into greased casserole and top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
