Herbed Potatoes(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium baking potatoes
    1 small onion, thinly sliced (1/3 c.)
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/2 tsp. dried basil, oregano or tarragon, crushed
Preparation
    Slice potatoes about 1/4 inch thick.
    Arrange potato and onion slices in microwave-safe dish, placing smaller pieces in the center.
    Combine water, butter and herb.
    Pour over potatoes and onions.
    Cover and cook on High for 10 to 12 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
    Stir before serving.
