Hawaiian Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1 c. pineapple juice, drained from pineapple chunks
    1 (No. 2) can pineapple chunks
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 lb. smoked ham, cubed
    1/2 c. thinly sliced onions
    1 c. thin green pepper strips
Preparation
    Combine brown sugar, cornstarch, salt, vinegar, pineapple juice
    and soy sauce in a saucepan.
    Cook until mixture is clear and slightly thickened, stirring constantly.
    Place ham in\ta casserole;\tadd onion slices, green peppers and pineapple.\tPour sauce over and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
