Oven Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. garlic, minced or powder
    1 tsp. dried thyme
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 large unpeeled potatoes, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients.
    Layer potatoes in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish, brushing each layer with margarine mixture.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
