Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 c. peeled diced apples
1 1/4 c. oil
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 c. pecans

Preparation

Mix sugar and apples together.
Combine oil and eggs.
Add to apple mixture.
Combine flour, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt and soda; mix well.
Then add to apple mixture.
Then add pecans or walnuts. Bake in greased and floured Bundt cake pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
