Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    6 thin slices fat-free ham
    6 slices low-fat Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. margarine (diet)
    1 tsp. chicken flavored gravy base
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    2 Tbsp. flour
    toasted sliced almonds
Preparation
    Pound chicken to make 1/4-inch cutlets.
    Sprinkle with salt. Place 1 ham slice and cheese slice on cutlet.
    Tuck in sides of each; roll up as for jello roll.
    Skewer or tie securely.
    Coat rolls with 1/4 cup flour; brown in margarine and put in an 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking pan.
