Creamy Taco Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 medium onion, diced
    1 (15 oz.) can chili (without beans)
    1 large (15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    2 (16 oz.) cans pinto beans
    1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    Fritos
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned; drain well.
    Add the other ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Add sour cream and diced Velveeta cheese. Put this all in a crock-pot and simmer for a couple of hours or longer.
    Stir occasionally so the cheese and sour cream are melted.
    Serve hot over Fritos.
