Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    2 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes, chopped (undrained)
    salt, pepper and garlic to taste
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
    24 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown and drain ground beef and season to taste.
    Add tomato paste and tomatoes.
    Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
    Cook noodles according to package directions.
    In 9 x 13 pan, alternate layers of sauce, noodles and cheese, beginning and ending with sauce. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cool slightly before serving.
