Ricotta Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix (any brand)
2 lb. Ricotta
5 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla

Preparation

Combine all.
Layer over unbaked cake mixture.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes.
Cool.
Dust with confectioners sugar.
