Artichoke Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    6 oz. fresh spinach, washed and torn into bite size pieces
    1 c. shredded red cabbage
    1 can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
    4 oz. cooked ham, cut into thin strips
    4 oz. Provolone cheese, cut into thin strips
Preparation
    For dressing, whisk olive oil with vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, sugar, dill and pepper.
    In a large bowl, combine spinach, cabbage, artichoke hearts, ham and cheese.
    Pour dressing over salad.
    Toss gently.
    Yields 4 servings.
