Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can condensed vegetable soup
2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in bowl.
Blend together.
Shape into loaf and bake in shallow pan, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
