Chinese Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 racks spareribs, cut into serving pieces
    1 c. stock or consomme
    1 c. catsup
    5 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    1/2 tsp. powdered ginger
    2 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation
    In a saucepan, combine stock and catsup.
    Heat slowly.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Marinate ribs for 3 hours or longer in sauce.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place ribs on rack in a roasting pan.
    Roast for 1 hour, basting frequently with sauce.
