Easy Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box lemon cake mix
1 c. boiling water
4 eggs
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. oil
1/3 c. poppy seed

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients together.
Fill greased muffin cups good half full.
Bake 15 minutes.
Makes about 2 dozen muffins.
