Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
    2 (15 oz.) cans pinto beans
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1/4 c. molasses
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Slice bacon into 1/2-inch strips.
    Fry bacon, onion and garlic for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Drain beans.
    Combine beans, onion mixture and remaining ingredients in a 1-quart casserole dish.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer.
    Serves 4.
