Spud Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. melted shortening
    1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    7 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix sugar and shortening with potatoes and warm milk.
    Then mix all ingredients except flour.
    Add flour; let rise until double in size.
    Roll out and cut.
    Let rise 25 minutes.
